Shipping (Always Express & Trackable)

We ship all orders by DHL/TNT/FEDEX Express services. Deliveries take 1 to 5 days at most worldwide. In Europe usually 1 day, in the US usually 2-3 days, Australia usually 3-4 days. 

Shipping Costs and Saving

The minimum express and trackable shipping costs are 15.00 EUs in Europe and 20.00EUs worldwide.

The cost increases with every additional 1000 gr.

Whenever you add a new item to your cart you can see the updated shipping cost according to the weight of the items you added. 

As many of our items are light you can get the exact shipping cost for multiple items.

So it is always wise to combine the items you want in one order to save on shipping costs.

Customs/Duties

We ship all items from our factory in Istanbul, Turkey.  The shipping costs for international destinations do not include customs or other applicable duties, these are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns And Refunds

Returns are accepted if your item is somehow broken at the post, misfunctioning, faulty, etc. You can just send a photo and we will replace or refund your money in full including shipping costs as well. The shipping of replacements is paid by our company.
